Well, I have been painting but not blogging.  I completed a 30 paintings in 30 days in January.  Then I went to Kauai and painted with a great group of artists for 2 weeks.  Then I flew to Indy to see my grand children and take a road trip to Nashville, TN.  We stayed at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.  17 acres of tropical gardens and waterfalls, and a mini river all under glass.  Then they flew out here and we spent 3 more weeks checking out the library, coast, aquarium and play parks.  They returned home and I started painting again.  This is my latest painting for the 2016 Rose Festival Art Show at the Oregon Society of Artists.  The Show starts June 5th and runs until the end of the month.  If you love Roses, Portland, and great art come check out the show.  The gallery is open 1 to 4 Monday through Saturday.  Enjoy.curtain-call
