Well, my friends tell me I need to share my good news with you in my blog.  The first painting, Grand Opening won 3rd place at the Battleground Art Alliance show.  That was a pleasant surprise ( and prize.)

The last painting, Spring’s Song won a special award at the Southwest Watercolor Society spring show.  Another sweet surprise and prize.  This could become addicting.

I am also pleased that the Oregon Society of Artists asked permission to use my 2014 Rose Festival painting, Visual Poetry on their prospectus and show postcard for the 2015 Rose Festival Art Show.  That painting won the Peoples Choice award last June.  I am indeed feeling lucky and happy.
